Shipping

• Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE!

• All orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Unless otherwise specified, we utilize USPS Priority for the majority of our shipments. We may occasionally use UPS. 

• • Standard Domestic shipping (within US) is $6 for all orders up to $150
  • Standard Domestic shipping (within US) is FREE on all orders $150 and over
  • Shipping outside of the US is automatically calculated at checkout and varies by weight of your product, location and shipping method. 

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, usually within 3 business days. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the local courier (USPS, UPS).

• Please note that we cannot guarantee shipment by the delivery date once the package is in the possession of the shipping service. It is the responsibility of USPS or UPS to ensure delivery by the listed delivery date.

Duties and Tax

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to your local sales, tax, and import duties. Import duties, state and local sales taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.  Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse an order and the package is returned to Mahdera, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the shipping costs incurred in such return.
