Can I make a change to an order?
- Did you select the wrong size? Incorrect shipping address? As long as your order has not been processed or shipped, we are happy to make any requested changes. Please reach out to us at hello@mahdera.com.
- Please note, we are unable to cancel any orders.
Do you offer refunds?
- Mahdera does not offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via our online returns center.

Do you provide return shipping labels?
- We do not provide return shipping labels. Returns/Exchanges shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check each product page for a size chart and description boxes for sizing/fit information before purchase. If you are still unsure about your size, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.
What is your shipping policy?
- All items are shipped via USPS (Priority within the US) and DHL (international orders) unless otherwise stated
- All items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
- If you need your item sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout
- For 2nd Day and Next Day Shipments, the order must be placed by 2pm PST in order to be shipped the same day
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers.
- Shipping costs are dependent on weight of product, location, and shipping method selected at checkout
What are your shipping rates?
- Standard Domestic shipping (within US) is $5 for all orders up to $150
- Shipped via USPS Priority and arrives within 2-3 days from ship date
- Standard Domestic shipping (within US) is FREE on all orders $150 and over
- Shipping outside of the US is automatically calculated at checkout and varies by weight of your product, location and shipping method.
